Raphael Michel

Executive Committee Member
Raphael will serve on the Executive Committee for the 2021–2022 school year, and he also serves on the Communications/Transition and Alliance Committees. He and his wife Alexandra (Ali) have two children at INTL, in 4th and 7th grades. Raphael is an entrepreneur in health tech and founder of Eargo, a VC-backed company that designs and markets next-generation hearing devices directly to the consumer. He received degrees in engineering, business, and management from École Polytechnique (France), Stanford University, and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and he serves as a Technology Pioneer for the World Economic Forum. Raphael grew up in the French Alps and is an avid skier.
