Pamela Armstrong

Pamela grew up in the Bay Area and attended grammar school, junior high and high school in Saratoga. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a law degree from The American University, Washington College of Law. She also received her Certificate in European Studies and the Administration of the EU from the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium.
Pamela lived in Frankfurt, Germany for over 20 years and worked in the financial services industry. In 2003 she returned home to California where she worked at Franklin Templeton Investments as a senior executive until the end of 2018. She worked alongside board leadership on numerous projects during her career. She is currently an active member of the Saratoga Foothill Club and a board member of the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles.
