    Strategic Planning 
The Board, in partnership with our consultant, have created a steering committee composed of members of the administration and the Board, who will bring the various perspectives and expertise necessary for this work.

Our Strategic Plan often builds upon the accreditation process required for the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS/WASC). We launched our preliminary efforts in early November 2023, organizing and preparing for the strategic planning process and hope to be able to introduce our new plan to the INTL community in Winter 2024.
