we are as unique as the people we serve

So much of who we are — as people — is what sets Silicon Valley International School apart as a one-of-a-kind educational experience. We are an independent, co-education, non-sectarian bilingual day school with Chinese, French, and German programs spanning preschool through 12th grade.

an exciting partnership and future

In 2020, the school changed its name from International School of the Peninsula (ISTP) to Silicon Valley International School (INTL). The name change is a reflection of the geographic location of our campuses, but also signals our continued commitment to providing an innovative and robust internationally-focused bilingual education.

In August of 2020, the school forged a partnership with the Alto International School of Menlo Park, CA, to bring their bilingual German program in parallel with our existing French and Chinese (Mandarin) programs and launch as one Silicon Valley International School in Fall of 2021, offering preschool through 12th grade (IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme).
