Alumni Reunion in a Box Request

In an international and well-travelled community like the one here at Silicon Valley International School (INTL), the lives and careers of many of our alumni take them around the country and abroad.

While the school hosts reunions in Silicon Valley and Paris, we know it’s not always possible to coordinate schedules and travel plans to be in the same place. So we created the Reunion in a Box program to support smaller alumni-planned reunions no matter where or when you gather.

We encourage you to organize a group of your peers and get together for a reunion! Whether at a picnic on the Great Lawn in Central Park, a weekend getaway to a chalet in the mountains of Bern, a gathering for conversations at a tea house in Chengdu, or a backyard full of babies and barbecue, we can help turn it into an INTL reunion!

Once you’ve made your plans to reconnect with your INTL friends, sign up below to receive a Reunion in a Box. We’ll need to know the date, location, and type of your event, as well as the name and email address of each of the alumni participants. Be sure to give us at least ten business days before your event to ensure we can get you the box in time.

What’s included in the Reunion in a Box?
  • Gift card to be spent towards your mini-reunion (emailed)
  • INTL swag to represent your alma mater
We’d love for you to share photos and memories of your reunion on social media and tag us, and email them to alumni@svintl.org. Hopefully, other alumni in your networks will be inspired to participate in the program as well!

Fine Print
  • Each organizing alum is eligible to request a Reunion in a Box one time per year.
  • The minimum number of attendees (including organizing alum) is three with a maximum of 20. Have more than 20 alumni who want to get together? Email us to let us know!
  • We will email you a gift card for the following:
    • $100 for up to 10 alumni
    • $200 for up to 20 alumni
  • For any international reunions in countries that cannot use gift cards, we will reimburse you up to the amounts above.
  • We will either ship the box to you or hold it here in our office for you to pick up if your reunion happens to be in Silicon Valley.
