Thom Phan
2025-2026 is Thom’s second year on the Board of Directors. He chairs the Development/Major Gift Committee as well as serving on the Facilities and the Finance Committees. Thom and his wife Rebecca have two children in the school’s Chinese program, one in 1st Grade and one in 3rd Grade. His children began their IB journey while living abroad and have continued to thrive at INTL. Professionally, Thom retired from a finance career advising companies on M&A, capital raising, and strategic planning. He is also an active duty US Air Force veteran. Thom holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSEE from the University of Virginia.
